mxn Men's Therapy Network believe in relationships and that the connections between our staff team are as important as the connection with our clients. We are currently looking for the following people to join our team:
Counsellors Qualified Counsellors who have experience working with men who have experienced different challenges in their lives. Clinical Supervision is offered as a part of this role. A compassionate and calm approach to your work is required. Interns Newly qualified Counsellors who are looking to gain more experience of working within a professional team of Counsellors. Bi-weekly supervision is offered as part of this role. Qualifying Counsellors Qualifying Counsellor working towards their Masters Degree may apply to work within our team. We are looking for calm, compassionate individuals who have the capacity to hold space for a range of different presenting issues. Supervision is offered at a level to meet the requirements of your University. At mxn we offer Clinical Supervision to all clinical staff and follow CCPA and BCACC guidelines around interpersonal process in the counselling relationship, as recommended by Hawkins and Shohet, (1985) in their Seven- Eyed Model of Clinical Supervision.
